Order Processing: Orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. In the unlikely event of delays or other issues, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Methods: Orders ship via most suitable carrier depending on the weight of your order, product availability, and your delivery address.
Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 for orders shipping from the US or Ukraine, and $19.98 for orders shipping from both locations at the same time.
Estimated Delivery: Your order will ship from Austin, TX, New York, NY, or Lviv, Ukraine. Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address.
Pre-Order Shipment: For preorder items, the shipping date is provided on the product page and during checkout.
Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to track its progress.
International Shipping: At this time, we only deliver to the US.

All sales are final and not returnable.
Exchanges are only possible in the event of defective items or goods damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide photos as proof of the defective or damaged item. You may also be asked to return the defective or damaged item to us in its original condition.
- Replacement items will be shipped to you at no cost to you after we’ve received and evaluated proof of the defective or damaged item.
